An AI assistant for PMOs, built and run in production — then evaluated against its own live telemetry for the M.S. Engineering Leadership & Management capstone (EML-595). Retrieval grounded in the program's own corpus: 24,500 documents across 14 portfolios.

• Owned the application and its operating environment — from first commit through general availability, 37 modular workflow capabilities.
• 94.3% of tracked action items captured automatically; status-report turnaround at a 7.7-minute median.
• Evaluation as the deliverable: predefined KPIs, a derived time-savings model, and a faithfulness audit grading output against its sources.

An iOS app that renders the confirmed planetary systems of NASA's Exoplanet Archive in 3D — host star at the centre, planets on their real orbits, physical data a tap away. Expo + React Native, three.js on expo-gl.

• Ships an offline archive snapshot — 6,354 planets across 4,764 systems in ~2 MB — refreshed from the live TAP service in the background, at most once a day.
• Tested astronomy core: missing orbits recovered via Kepler’s third law, Kopparapu habitable zones, spectral class derived from temperature — estimates flagged, never hidden.
• Native-GL pragmatism: a never-unmounted canvas, manual raycaster picking, and additive-sprite glow where post-processing can’t run.

The cross-functional response to the critical global outage caused by a misconfigured Sensor Channel File — re-architecting the deployment process for safety, transparency and automation.

• Directed execution across nine functions — Legal, TechOps, Platform, ProdSec, InfoSec, Data Science, Detection and Sensor.
• Partnered with VPs to reprioritize company-wide backlogs for a hardened continuous-deployment pipeline.
• Defined the ring-based rollout that now delivers Channel Files gradually and safely to customer environments.

A multi-year, multi-phase initiative establishing CrowdStrike's core cloud infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform — CI/CD first, then Edge Services ingesting sensor data at scale in a hybrid architecture.

• Migrated AWS-based CI/CD — Kubernetes clusters, pipelines, internal tooling — into GCP, standing up five environments in Phase 1.
• Cut core infrastructure deployment from six months to under one by streamlining provisioning and automation.
• Aligned CrowdStrike and Google executive stakeholders on strategy, blockers and delivery.

Architected and built a GenAI-powered web application that automates program-management workflows by aggregating and analyzing operational data across engineering platforms.

• Python Flask + OpenAI API generating meeting notes, risk logs and status reports from program data.
• Integrated Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence and Zoom transcripts to contextualize cross-team activity.
• Retrieval-augmented generation over MySQL-persisted history — risks inferred, summaries on demand.

The retirement of AWS Security's legacy internal authorization system and the migration of its customers to scalable, next-generation AuthZ platforms.

• Orchestrated the phased sunset of the legacy service with zero unplanned downtime.
• Partnered personally with 500+ service teams on migration strategies — resource-based or human-identity AuthZ.
• Built reusable migration playbooks that accelerated onboarding to the modern authorization stack.

A multi-year, multimillion-dollar repair line for advanced F-22 avionics — software-defined radios and power amplifier modules — for Lockheed Martin and the U.S. Air Force.
